Donald Leibsker received his JD at DePaul College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and in the Northern Federal District of Illinois. Donald is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and he has served as an arbitrator and as a hearing officer with the American Arbitration Association. Donald is the cofounder and Legal Director of Legal Advocates for Seniors and People with Disabilities (LASPD). LASPD has helped over 10,000 consumers in debt avoid bankruptcy because they receive social security or disability or other similarly protected government income. The main focus of his practice is to assist consumers and business owners in debt through non-bankruptcy alternative strategies. Filing for Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 under the bankruptcy code are seen as last option remedies.
